Peer Support Group

We have regular meetings both during the day and the evening in different parts of the area – please look at our Facebook page to see where and when these are happening.

These sessions are for parents/carers to meet up and check in with others to boost morale and ensure we all feel supported and stay connected with each other.

ASD Family Help staff/volunteers will be at these sessions to listen and support people who are feeling overwhelmed/isolated or just want a chat.

We offer FREE information and signposting to local services and activities.

We also offer help with benefits but this is by appointment only.

Grŵp Cefnogi Cyfoedion

Rydym yn cael cyfarfodydd cyson yn ystod y dydd a’r nos mewn gwahanol rannau o’r ardal – edrychwch ar ein tudalen Facebook er mwyn gweld ble a phryd mae’r rhain yn digwydd.

Mae’r sesiynau hyn ar gyfer rhieni/gofalwyr i gwrdd a gwirio gydag eraill i hybu morâl a sicrhau ein bod i gyd yn teimlo ein bod yn cael ein cefnogi ac aros mewn cysylltiad â’n gilydd.

Bydd staff/gwirfoddolwyr Cymorth i Deuluoedd ASD yn y sesiynau hyn i wrando a chefnogi pobl sy’n teimlo wedi’u llethu/ynysig neu eisiau sgwrs yn unig.

Rydym yn cynnig gwybodaeth AM DDIM ac yn cyfeirio at wasanaethau a gweithgareddau lleol.

Rydym hefyd yn cynnig help gyda budd-daliadau ond mae hyn drwy apwyntiad yn unig.
