Support Group
These are relaxed drop-in sessions on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays) from 10am – 11.30am at different locations across Wokingham each week.
The group is for autistic/neurodiverse adults or parents/carers to meet up and check in with others to boost morale and ensure we all feel supported and stay connected.
ASD Family Help staff/volunteers will be at these sessions to listen and support people who are feeling overwhelmed/isolated or just want a chat and a cuppa.
We offer FREE information and signposting to local services and activities.
We also offer help with benefits but this is by appointment only.
If you have any anxiety about turning up alone for a first session, just get in touch with us!
Upcoming Sessions
Sessions run monthly on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Monday’s of each month (term-time only) from 10am to 11.30am. (We do not run on Bank Holiday Monday’s).

Fun Club Sessions
Once a month we also provide a fun drop in session in Radstock Community Centre, Early where we provide a small craft activity, LEGO and games for anybody to take part in. Autistic/neurodiverse adults are welcome along with families with children of all ages. There is a quiet area with reading books and staff are on hand to chat or guide you through the activity.
These sessions are free and you can read more about them here: Inclusive Fun for Autistic and Neurodiverse Families
