Workshops are for ADULTS with any neurodivergent condition, like autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or learning disabilities.
You do not need a diagnosis to attend!
You are welcome to book a friend, family member or support person to attend with you!

Supportive, practical sessions designed to help you understand yourself, connect with others and build confidence.

PIP Explained! A workshop all about claiming PIP.

An easy to follow, practical 2 hour workshop on PIP, with real-life examples, group activities & guided support in a neurodivergent friendly space.

This is a hands-on session, with activity-based learning and the opportunity to start your own PIP form questions with our guidance, together with plenty of time for your questions!

A shared learning space, grounded in lived experience, where we explore, reflect, and learn together.

Parents, carers or family members can book if they if they wish to understand more about neurodivergence to support a neurodivergent adult.

Workshops are for neurodivergent adults, so we will go at the pace and needs of the neurodivergent adults attending and learn together in a safe, neuro-affirming space.

We discuss neurodivergent traits, overlap, diagnosis options, masking, strengths, & letting go of shame.

Workshop 2: Exploring Our Neurodivergent Communication:

This workshop is designed to offer valuable insights and practical tools.

The workshop is led by experienced trainers who have been using these communication tools in their personal lives, with one trainer bringing first-hand insight as an ADHD individual and introducing the voices of other members of our neurodivergent workforce.

A practical workshop exploring how to shape your home, work and daily routines in ways that genuinely support your authentic neurodivergent self.

We look at what helps, what gets in the way, and what happens when we can’t (or don’t) make the adjustments we need.

Adult ADHD online support group

Join Rachael and Sara for a relaxed 60 minutes in a judgment-free space created for ADHD adults. Whether you were diagnosed recently, later in life, have lived with ADHD for years, or are still exploring the possibility — you are welcome here.

This friendly peer-support group is open to anyone aged 18+ who feels they belong, regardless of diagnosis. It’s a place to connect with others who truly understand ADHD through lived experience.

We don’t promise all the answers — just a supportive, validating space where being yourself is enough.
Just bring yourself, your curiosity and your unique brain.

What we offer:

* One hour support group online, twice a month (Thursdays 7-8pm)
* A relaxed, judgment-free space for ADHD adults
* Open to anyone 18+ — diagnosed, self-identifying or exploring ADHD
* Peer support from people who understand lived ADHD experience
* Space to share challenges, celebrate wins and explore strategies
* Hosted by Rachael (late-diagnosed) & Sara (ADHD since childhood)
* A supportive environment: we don’t claim to have all the answers
* Completely FREE to attend

DLA Explained! A workshop for parents/carers:

An easy to follow, practical 2 hour workshop on DLA (Child DLA), with real-life examples, group activities & guided support in a neurodivergent friendly space.

This is a hands-on interactive session, with activity-based learning and the opportunity to start your own DLA form questions with our guidance, together with plenty of time for your questions!

Currently delivered online only.


We’ll cover:

* An overview of DLA eligibility
* Your child’s everyday routines – are any support needs hidden?
* Guidance on completing your DLA form
* Assessment preparation and self-care strategies
* Top tips, myths and common pitfalls
* Begin 1–2 answers so you leave with a starting point, not a blank form
* Plenty of time for questions throughout
* Activity-based interactive learning as well as structured slides
