These are relaxed sessions on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays) from 10am \u2013 11.30am at different locations across West Berkshire each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a welcoming and inclusive group for neurodivergent people or parents and carers to meet up (children are welcome).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you are self-identifying, have a formal diagnosis or you have a child or family member who is neurodivergent, the group offers a safe space to share experiences, seek advice and build connections with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our staff and volunteers will be at these sessions to welcome you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer FREE information and signposting to local services and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also offer help with benefits but this is by appointment only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sessions run monthly on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Monday’s of each month (term-time only) from 10am to 11.30am. (We do not run on Bank Holiday Monday’s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
